Travel documents

Guests are responsible for providing proof of citizenship in the form of a valid passport and other travel documents. Guests should consult their travel agent, airline or appropriate government authority regarding the required documents. If guests do not have the necessary travel documents, they may be denied entry/entry. THE ASSOCIATION AT THE EDGE OF THE FOREST is not responsible for obtaining and protecting the necessary travel documents.

internet

There is free use of wi-fi, which works throughout the glamping, including accommodation. It is forbidden to transfer large amounts of data that could affect the performance of the Internet in Glamping Ob Robu Gozda.

House pets

Pets are welcome.

smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of Glamping Ob Robu Gozda. Guests are allowed to smoke in the outdoor areas.

Parking

Free outdoor parking is available to guests. Glamping At the Edge of the Forest does not accept responsibility for the safety of vehicles, damage to vehicles or for things stored in them.

pity

We reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred in the guest room, at Glamping Ob Robu Gozda or for any items missing in their accommodation.

inappropriate behavior

In case of inappropriate or obscene behaviour that would cause damage or require additional cleaning (chemical, etc.), early departure of guests due to inappropriate behavior (departure of a guest who is disturbed by noise / inappropriate behavior of another guest), we will charged the value of the business damage incurred or the cost of additional cleaning.

Gift certificate

When using a gift voucher, it is necessary to present the original gift voucher when registering for glamping. Photocopies, copying or forwarding of the gift certificate is not allowed and is not valid.

The gift voucher is valid until the expiration date indicated on each individual gift voucher. If the date of validity is not written on the gift voucher, the gift voucher is considered valid for one year from the date of issue. If the gift voucher is not used during its validity, stolen, lost or destroyed, its user is not entitled to a refund or compensation in any form.

A voucher can be used as a means of payment for any service, food or drink available in glamping.

When exchanging a gift certificate for a higher value voucher, the customer must pay the difference.

Guests acknowledge and agree to abide by all posted safety warnings regarding wooden houses, fireplaces, bicycles, ... Guests assume responsibility and relieve glamping and glamping staff of any liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, costs and/or expenses that may arise from or are in any way related to the guest's use of wooden houses, bathrooms, e-bikes, .... This also applies to the forest villa, common areas, trees, and installation.

Forest villa offers balcony / terrace where guests can sit in peace and quiet. The forest villa is surrounded by a terrace and a secure fence (as in hotels on balconies). ASSOCIATION AT THE EDGE OF THE FOREST will therefore in no case be responsible for any actions contrary to the rules of glamping, which means if guests sit on the fence of the balcony of a tree house or in any other way change the safety protections in glamping.

ASSOCIATION AT THE EDGE OF THE FOREST as the owner of glamping and manager of glamping and forest villa (Mine 13 and Mine 6 A) is not responsible in any case when the guest acts in violation of rules and regulations and does not take responsibility for the consequences of weather conditions, extreme weather events or any insect spot.

compliance with local laws

Guests are solely responsible for knowing, complying with and complying with local laws and regulations at the destination, and glamping staff are not responsible for informing or alerting guests about laws and/or regulations at the destination.

applicable law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Slovenian law. The parties agree on the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts.

valuables

For the things brought by the client, he guarantees glamping in accordance with legal provisions only if the damage is related to the breach of duty by glamping.

rules on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles

For reasons of safety and respect for the privacy of guests, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles or drones and aircraft models for recreational purposes is prohibited.

General Terms and Conditions

The contractual partners are Rožle Repanšek s.p. (hereinafter referred to as "Glamping Ob Robu Gozda" or "glamping") and a guest. If the order was placed by a third party for the guest, then based on a joint and several guarantee, the third party together with the guest guarantees Glamping Ob Robu Gozda for all obligations under this contract.

Concluding a contract

The contract is concluded when Glamping At the Edge of the Forest receives written confirmation from the guest or the online booking system and when Glamping Ob Robu Gozda sends a booking confirmation to the guest. By doing so, it is considered that the guest fully accepts the General Terms and Conditions. The submitted accommodation offer does not mean a reserved room.

The guest must confirm the received offer with key information and pay an advance of 100% of the total reservation until the arrival of the guest. we will charge the appropriate amount in accordance with the general conditions. If the guest does not have available funds on the credit card or the transaction is not successful, he must make a transfer of the amount within the deadline set by the reception to confirm the reservation.

On the basis of payment, the guest receives a booking confirmation, which guarantees his stay in Glamping Ob Robu Gozda.

Legal provisions

Rožle Repanšek s.p. will make every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information on its website but does not assume any responsibility for its accuracy and completeness. All users use the published content at their own risk. Neither Rožle Repanšek s.p. , nor any other legal or natural person who participated in the creation and production of this website, is responsible for any damage resulting from access, use or inability to use the information on this website, for any errors or omissions in its content. Rožle Repanšek s.p. is also not responsible for offers published on other portals, websites, agencies, partners, etc. with which a cooperation agreement has not been signed.

Rožle Repanšek s.p. reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time, in any way and for any reason without prior notice. In doing so, it assumes no responsibility for any consequences of such changes.

Currency

All prices are in Euro (€ / EUR) and include VAT.

reservation

Reservations are possible in several ways: in writing to the email address info@glampingforestedge.si, by phone +386 40 661 155 in person at the glamping reception or via the online reservation system at www.glampingforestedge.si.

Only the request or our offer is not considered a confirmed reservation, as the essential condition for the validity of the reservation is your confirmation of our offer and payment in accordance with the stated general terms and conditions. In case we do not receive the confirmation, it is considered that the reservation has never been ordered. We may use your information to further communicate with you.

booking through the online booking system

In the case of a reservation through the online reservation system, the guest agrees with the general conditions of the reservation and consequently also with the general conditions of Glamping Ob Robu Gozda.

Fees and other charges

9.5% tax is included in the price.

Tourist tax for an overnight stay for an adult per day is 2 €. Based on the latter, the promotional fee is € 0.50. The total amount of both taxes is € 2.50 per person per day.

If the person liable for the payment of the tourist tax is entitled to the payment of the tourist tax in the amount of 50% percent (ie children from 7 to 18 years of age), it amounts to € 1 per night per person per day. Based on the latter, the promotional fee is € 0.25. The total amount of both taxes is € 1.25 per person per day.

Children up to the age of 7 and persons from Article 27 of the ZSRT are entitled to the payment of the tourist and promotional tax. Tourist and promotional tax is not calculated on the basis of 6c. paragraph of Article 36 of ZDDV-1.

Tourist and promotional taxes are not included in the price of bed and breakfast.

Reservation change (does not include cancellation)

Changes to the reservation can only be made in writing to the e-mail address info@glampingforestedge.si by prior arrangement with the reception.

Guests who change their reservation at any time before the trip by upgrading it (adding overnight stays, adding rooms, changing names) do not pay any additional costs. Changes are subject to availability.

Any other changes to the reservations (change of arrival date, reduction of the number of nights, reduction of the number of rooms, addition of the number of persons, etc.) are subject to the following rules:

For changes in the reservation received 14 days or less before the trip, the remaining 30% of the price is paid up to the full price of the night and any price difference, if the change in the reservation for the second (more expensive) season. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee of 20% of the final price of the reservation.
The change of the reservation is possible only according to the availability and prior individual agreement with the representative of the company Rožle Repanšek s.p. to the email address info@glampingforestedge.si We reserve the right to charge additional costs in the amount of 20% (percent) of the final price of the reservation.

All required changes to reservations and any other changes must be approved in writing by a representative of the company Rožle Repanšek s.p. to the email address info@glampingforestedge.si

Cancellation

The cost of cancellation depends on when Glamping Forest Edge receives notice of termination.

Cancellations can only be made in writing to the email address info@glampingforestedge.si

costs in case of cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel or cancel the rental of the Glamping Cottage for any reason.

In this case, the landlord is entitled to reimbursement. The amount of these depends on the time in which the tenant gave notice:

up to 14 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation or advance payments
If the client leaves the apartment early, the cost is 100% of the price of the arrangement.

Guest non-arrival:

If the guest does not register for glamping on the day of arrival, the guest is charged after the official time for registration for glamping in accordance with the conditions of cancellation, ie. 100% (per cent) of the total cost of the reservation.

higher force

In case of force majeure such as illness, disaster, war, earthquake, epidemic or pandemic we do not return already paid or in accordance with the general conditions already charged or paid funds.

Your reservation is SAFE with us. If we are unable to provide you with a stay due to the closure of glamping, we will issue you a voucher that you can use on another occasion.

PaymentsA

Reservation through the online reservation system

When confirming the reservation, in addition to your personal data, you will also need to enter your valid bank card details to confirm your reservation. You hereby agree that we will charge your bank card following the General Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy.

payment deadline

For reservations up to 7 days before arrival, payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the proforma invoice.
For reservations of 7 days or more before arrival, payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the proforma invoice.

If we do not receive a transfer to the bank account within the specified period, we may consequently cancel the reservation.

The deposit must be paid in accordance with the rules to the bank account of the company Rožle Repanšek s.p.

Service

The basic service is bed and breakfast.

Special Offer

E-bike rental, private sauna rental and jacuzzi and other additional services are charged according to the valid price list.

arrivals

Arrivals are scheduled from 14:00 to 24:00. The day before arrival we will send you an email with all the details of your reservation and where the keys for contactless collection are waiting for you. Early arrival is only possible if we inform you by email or by phone.

depart

Departures are scheduled until 10.00. Later departure is possible by prior arrangement with the owner and we charge it in the total amount of 25 € from 13.00, but only if the house is free.

late check-out

Late check-out after 1 pm is a surcharge of € 25

Sign up for glamping

For security reasons, guests must have a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driver's license) with them upon check-in. In accordance with the Residence Registration Act, the accommodation establishment is obliged to register temporary residence within 12 hours for all guests staying in Glamping Ob Robu Gozda.

Extra bed

At your request, it is in the glamping cottage to add a cot.

early departures

Glamping is not obliged to return the value of overnight stays to the guest/client. Any exceptions to the reason for early departure require approval from the company's management.
